Continuing Education credits (CEs) were made possible by OSF HealthCare

 For this 2026 conference, 5 CE Credit Hours are offered for IL Social Work/ Counseling*

To receive a CE certificate, participants must have completed the following steps: 

1. Attend 100% of event (as verified through Zoom attendance reports)

2. Complete the evaluation and pass the post-test with a score of 80% or greater:

   1. •  Social Work/Counseling CE Evaluation & Post-Test Link 

3. Certificates may take upwards of 60 days to be received
